This service is uselful for part-time residents who leave their home unoccupied for several weeks or months at a time.
We will check on your home as often as you wish.  
This includes:

• Insure that all water lines are secure
• Flush toilets
• Walk the perimeter of your home
• Rotate lighting
• Check mail
• Water plants
